يتمتع الدكتور بهاء الشال بخبرة عملية تمتد لأكثر من 28 عامًا في مجالي إدارة الأعمال وإدارة المشاريع عبر صناعات متنوعة، مع تركيز قوي على قطاع النفط والغاز. وتشمل خبرته مجموعة واسعة من أنواع المشاريع، من بينها:
خلال مسيرته المهنية، نجح الدكتور بهاء في إدارة مشاريع معقدة عبر جميع مراحل دورة حياة المشروع، مع الالتزام التام بالمعايير الدولية. ومن أبرز إنجازاته المهنية خبرته الفريدة في تأسيس وإدارة مكاتب إدارة المشاريع (PMOs) كمراكز تميز، مما ساعد المؤسسات على تعظيم القيمة التجارية ورفع مستوى نضج إدارة المشاريع لديها.
يشغل الدكتور بهاء حاليًا منصب قائد محللي تطوير الأعمال في شركة أرامكو، حيث يدير استثمارات وصفقات المصب، بما في ذلك مشاريع المصافي والمجمعات البتروكيميائية. وقد شغل سابقًا منصب مدير تطوير الأعمال في شركة غاز مصر (القطاع البترولي المصري)، حيث أشرف على توزيع الغاز الطبيعي في سبع محافظات مصرية، لخدمة أكثر من مليوني عميل من القطاعات السكنية والتجارية والصناعية.
يمتلك الدكتور بهاء أيضًا خبرة خليجية واسعة، إذ عمل كموظف سابق في شركة أدنوك (ADNOC Distribution – قسم الغاز الطبيعي) في أبوظبي، كما حافظ على تواصله المهني المستمر مع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي من خلال مشاركاته المستمرة في المنطقة خلال الخمسة عشر عامًا الماضية، مما أكسبه كفاءة عالية في التعامل مع مختلف الثقافات. وقد أثبت نجاحه في اقتناص الفرص التجارية وتطوير مشاريع جديدة في منطقة الخليج.

إلى جانب أدواره التنفيذية، يُعد الدكتور بهاء محاضرًا مرموقًا وشريكًا معتمدًا من معهد إدارة المشاريع PMI® لتقديم التدريب، ويتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 25 عامًا في المجالين الأكاديمي والتدريبي. وقد عمل كأستاذ غير متفرغ في:

Dr. Bahaa El Shal brings over 28 years of extensive hands-on experience in both business management and project management across diverse industries, with a strong focus on the Oil & Gas sector. His expertise spans a wide array of project types, including:
Throughout his career, Dr. Bahaa has successfully managed complex projects across all project lifecycle phases, adhering to international codes and standards. A significant milestone in his professional journey is his unique expertise in establishing and leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) as centers of excellence—enabling organizations to maximize business value and enhance their project management maturity.
Currently, Dr. Bahaa is a Business Development Analyst Lead at Aramco, where he manages downstream investment and transactions, including refinery and petrochemical complex projects. He previously held the position of Business Development Director at Modern Gas Company (Egyptian Petroleum Sector), overseeing natural gas distribution across seven Egyptian governorates and serving over two million customers (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Dr. Bahaa also holds Gulf experience, having worked as X-ADNOC staff for ADNOC Distribution – Natural Gas Division in Abu Dhabi, and has maintained strong cross-cultural competence through frequent professional engagements across all GCC countries over the past 15 years. He has a proven track record in business opportunity acquisition and new venture development across the Gulf region.
