Standard Program Objectives:

Learners studying PhD is intended to create and put into practice successful strategies in ambitious, expanding organizations.

Executive directors and senior managers are the ones who should be in charge of strategic management because they possess the power and motivation to convert organizational strategy into successful business outcomes.

To become competitive and adaptable in securing business in the future, the PhD demands senior managers and directors, whether they are currently employed or not, to develop their knowledge and comprehension of strategic direction and leadership. They also need to concentrate on growth and performance at all organizational levels.

Specifications and Study Duration:

The PhD requires learners to complete 10 units equivalent to 100 Credits and a Dissertation Writing equivalent to 40 Credits, and a Thesis Defense equivalent to 40 Credits, making the total credits of the program equivalent to 180 Credits. Study Duration: 3 Academic Years divided into three semesters equivalent to 24 calendar months plus two months break between each semester, making the whole duration of the degree 28 calendar months minimum

Entry Requirements

This level is designed for learners who are typically aged 25 years and above. For learners who have recently been in education or training, the entry profile is likely to include one of the following: Completed final year of a Master’s Degree Equivalent international qualifications Three years of professional experience For those for whom English is not their first language, we recommend the following standards of proficiency in English language skills or an approved equivalent for these qualifications: IELTS 6.0 Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B2 Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 169 or above Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 51-54 – OR – At least reach level B2 at https://www.efset.org/ef-set-50

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

There will be occasions where learners wish to claim recognition of prior learning that has not been formally assessed and accredited. IFTC will conduct interviews with potential learners for RPL.
