Introduction
The ATHE qualification covers key areas of management such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Personal Development and prepares learners for a range of careers. It also provides entry to an MBA top-up at a range of universities in the UK and overseas. The qualification typically takes 9 months of full-time study to achieve and is considered by many to be ATHE’s flagship product.
This is a core qualification available to existing and interested centres of ATHE.

Typical Age
This qualification is designed for learners who are typically aged 19 and above.
Qualifications
For learners who have recently been in education or training the entry profile is likely to include one of the following:
- a first degree in Business, Management or related subjects or a level 6 qualification for example an ATHE Diploma in Management
- other equivalent international qualifications.
Language
For those whom English is not their first language we recommend the following standards of proficiency in English language skills or an approved equivalent for this qualification:
- IELTs 5.5
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B2
- Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or above
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 42-49

International Finance | To enable learners to gain an understanding of the role of an international corporate financial manager. The unit will allow learners to consider the importance of International Accounting Standards and the international financial environment for decision making within businesses and organisations.
